Within INTOSAI there are seven regional organizations of supreme audit institutions: Africa (AFROSAI), the Arabic countries (ARABOSAI), Asia (ASOSAI), Caribbean (CAROSAI), Europe (EUROSAI), Latin American and Caribbean (OLACEFS), and the Pacific (PASAI).
The INTOSAI Working Group on Environmental Auditing developed a strategy for co-operation with the regional organizations of supreme audit institutions. A regional Working Group on Environmental Auditing was established in six of the seven INTOSAI regions. The regional co-ordinators are Tanzania (AFROSAI WGEA), Egypt (ARABOSAI WGEA), People's Republic of China (ASOSAI WGEA), Norway (EUROSAI WGEA), Argentina (OLACEFS WGEA), and New Zealand (ACAG/PASAI WGEA).
