Screen Resolution

This site is best viewed at 800 x 600. Higher resolutions are fine too. Viewing at 640 x 480 involves scrolling to-the-right in order to see the entire width of each page.

Printing

Internet Explorer (IE) 6

The following pages, when printed as is, will not print correctly (i.e. the right-most characters will be truncated):

• Home
• Audits by Country (first page showing the map of the world)
• Contacts, Policies and Authorities (first page showing the map of the world)
• French
• Spanish
• German
• Arabic

To remedy this problem, before printing the page, click on File - Page Setup and select "Landscape" as the page Orientation.

All other pages print correctly.

Netscape 7

There are no printing issues.

Older Browsers

This site has been tested with IE 6, IE 5, Netscape 7, and Netscape 6.23. With the exception of printing, there are no known issues. In order to print pages using Netscape 6 and IE 5, it is recommended that you set the page orientation of your browser to landscape. Otherwise, pages will be truncated on the right side.
