Projects under the 2005–2007 work plan of the Working Group on Environmental Auditing (WGEA) include the production, by WGEA member countries, of products and services such as: guidance on how to plan and carry out audits on biodiversity; paper providing insights on the evolution and trends of environmental audits; documenting countries' progress and actions on commitments from the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD); tips and examples for Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) conducting co-operative audits; on-line continued guidance to conduct waste and water audits; the development of the Fifth survey distributed to the entire INTOSAI community on environmental auditing.
